Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Ham 2 Ounce, finely chopped and cooked
  Mushroom ketchup/Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  White sauce/Brown gravy 2 Tablespoon
  Crisp breadcrumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Chives/Basil/parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Butter 4 ramekins.

MAKING
2. In a bowl mix ham, ketchup or puree with salt, pepper and selected herbs.
3. With white sauce or gravy moisten, to a nice squashiness.
4. Put the mixture at the bottom of the ramekins.
5. Into each little dish break an egg carefully and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and butter.
6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes in the middle of a moderate oven.

SERVING
7. Serve with sauces or condiments as desired.
