Asparagus Egg Bake
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shredded pasteurized process american cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||5 , sliced|
|Canned asparagus spears||15 Ounce, drained|
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour until smooth.
Blend in milk and seasonings and heat until thickened.
Add cheese to sauce; stir until smooth.
Place alternate layers of eggs, asparagus, and cheese sauce in lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Combine the 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake at 350Â° for 20 minutes.
