1. Preheat a 10-inch microwave browning skillet, uncovered, at 100% (high) 3 minutes.
2. Add butter or margarine; using hot pads, tilt skillet to coat evenly with butter or margarine. Quickly add meat at 1 side of skillet. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% (high) 45 seconds.
3. Turn meat over. Using hot pads, tilt skillet to coat with drippings. Break eggs into a custard cup. Gently add eggs to other side of skillet. Prick yolks with a pin or wooden pick. Give skillet a half turn. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% (high) 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 minutes or until eggs are done as desired. Let stand, covered, 1 minute.
