Curried Buttered Eggs
|Hard boiled eggs||4|
|Crisp breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Slice the hard boiled eggs
2. Butter a fireproof dish and arrange the sliced eggs in it.
3. Sprinkle with curry powder and a shake of cayenne pepper and salt.
4. In a bowl beat the raw eggs and pour over the hard boiled ones.
5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, dot plentifully with butter and bake for 10-15 minutes in a fairly hot oven.
6. Serve the curried eggs along with sauces, condiments or as desired.
