Old Fashioned Creamy Scrambled Eggs brings backs such wonderful memories from my mothers kitchen. Here is a simple recipe of the perfect Creamy Scrambled Eggs!
Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper, mustard, and sour cream, mixing with a fork only until blended.
Heat butter in a skillet until melted and hot enough to sizzle when a drop of water is added.
Pour in egg mixture; cook over low heat, lifting eggs from sides and bottom as mixture thickens; do not stir.
Cook to desired doneness and serve immediately.
