Creamy Scrambled Eggs
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine eggs in a bowl with salt, pepper, mustard, and sour cream, mixing with a fork only until blended.
Heat butter in a skillet until melted and hot enough to sizzle when a drop of water is added.
Pour in egg mixture; cook over low heat, lifting eggs from sides and bottom as mixture thickens; do not stir.
Cook to desired doneness and serve immediately.
