This Eggs Benedict is from my Mom's cookbook; an easy to prepare treat for any occasion! An irresitible combination of eggs and muffin halves - this Eggs Benedict is something you must not want to miss out on!
|English muffin||4 , buttered and toasted|
|Cooked ham slices||4 , heated|
|Hollandaise sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Top each toasted English muffin with a ham slice.
Place one poached egg on each ham slice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon Hollandaise Sauce over each serving
