|Butter/Margarine||1 Ounce, melted|
|Chopped parsley||1 1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Mustard powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cream||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Grated dutch cheese||4 Tablespoon|
Chop hard cooked eggs and mix with melted butter or margarine, chopped parsley, mustard and cream.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour into six or eight ramekin dishes.
Cover with clear plastic wrap or aluminium foil and refrigerate overnight.
To finish and serve, remove plastic wrap or foil, stand ramekins on a baking tray and place in a moderately hot oven (375 400°F.) for 10 15 minutes or until cheese melts and browns.
