This deviled eggs recipe is sure to be a hit at any party! I use pickled jalapeños for an extra spicy kick, but there are endless variations on deviled eggs.
Hard boiled eggs | 6 , peeled and halved | |
Mayonnaise | 3 Tablespoon | |
Yellow mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
Minced pickled jalapeno/Pickles | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Minced cilantro | 1 Tablespoon | |
Paprika | 1 Dash |
MAKING
In a medium bowl, pop the yolks.
Add in the mayo, mustard, salt and pepper; mash until smooth.
Stir in pickled jalapeños and cilantro.
Spoon into the egg white cavities.
Decorate with pickled peppers and/or paprika.
SERVING
Serve with your choice of soft drinks.
