Eggs Florentine

Eggs Florentine has a Marvelous taste.The White sauce and Cheese gives the Eggs Florentine Stupefying taste.
Ingredients
  Spinach 250 Gram, mixed
  Sliced onion 1
  Chopped green chili 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped ginger 1⁄2
  Mint leaves 4 , chopped
  Eggs 4
  White sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated cheese 4 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash spinach several times until all the grit is removed.
Put spinach, onion, chilli, ginger, mint leaves, salt and pepper in a large vessel and cook, turning the spinach over, for 5 minutes.
Cool.
Puree spinach in a liquidizer and dry it out, cooking quickiy on the stove.
Spread spinach in the pie dish.
Make 4 dents in it.
Break one raw egg at a time and slide it into the dent so that the yolk will settle into it.
Pour the white sauce over the eggs and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Dot it with butter and bake for 30 minutes
