|Chocolate clairs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla pudding mix||3 1⁄4 Ounce|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Confectioner's sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), sifted|
|Egg white||1 , slightly beaten|
|Multicolored candy decorettes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix batter and bake Chocolate Eclairs as directed.
Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions, but using only 1 3/4 cups milk; chill.
Beat pudding smooth; fold in whipped cream and vanilla.
Add enough sifted confectioners' sugar to the slightly beaten egg white to make frosting of spreading consistency.
Frost tops of eclairs and sprinkle with candy decorettes for confetti effect.
Chill till serving time.
