Hurry-up Eclairs

Ingredients
  Chocolate clairs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla pudding mix 3 1⁄4 Ounce
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Confectioner's sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), sifted
  Egg white 1 , slightly beaten
  Multicolored candy decorettes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix batter and bake Chocolate Eclairs as directed.
Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions, but using only 1 3/4 cups milk; chill.
Beat pudding smooth; fold in whipped cream and vanilla.
Fill eclairs.
Add enough sifted confectioners' sugar to the slightly beaten egg white to make frosting of spreading consistency.
Frost tops of eclairs and sprinkle with candy decorettes for confetti effect.
Chill till serving time.
