Vanilla Eclairs! Searching for a popular and tasty dessert? Then Vanilla Eclairs is the answer to your prayers! Trust me, it is easy to make and will definitley become a family favorite overnight!
Ingredients
  Basic eclairs dough 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla pudding mix 3 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sifted powdered sugar 1 , sifted
  Egg white 1 , slightly beaten
  Tiny multicolored candies 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare Basic Eclair dough.
Put through a pastry tube or spread with spoon, making strips 4x1 1/2 inches on greased baking sheet.
Bake and cool as directed in Basic Eclairs.
For filling prepare pudding mix according to package directions, except use the 1 1/2 cups milk instead of the liquid called for.
Chill thoroughly.
Whip cream to stiff peaks.
Beat pudding smooth; fold in whipped cream and vanilla.
Fill eclairs with pudding mixture.
Stir enough powdered sugar (about 1 1/4 cups) into egg white to make of spreading consistency.
Frost tops of eclairs.
Sprinkle with candies.
