How To Eat Pastel Azteca

I love Mexican food; period!. If you want me to eat pastel azteca anytime, I can and I will do that for you. If you think that the Mexican food is all about nachos, tacos, burritos and tamales, then it is a pity that your Mexican food knowledge is so limited. Mexican cuisine has existed since forever. And no, Mexican cuisine did not originate in the kitchens of Taco Bell. Please! On November 2010 Mexican cuisine was added by UNESCO to its lists of the world's "intangible cultural heritage". Deal with that! I can even write a book on how to eat Mexican food, because I really respect that cuisine and the list of delicacies that it has given to the world.

So, you can imagine, how yummy the dish would actually taste! There are a couple of things that you need to remember as you make this dish. The spiciness of this dish totally depends on the number of chipotle peppers that you choose to add. You can reduce the number of peppers in the dish to make it less spicier. And, also remember to sprinkle the cheese on to of the casserole when it is completely cooked. Allow the cheese to melt before serving the dish.
