I love eating shrimp! Not only shrimp is one of the most popular seafood but it is also packed with highly nutritious properties, and is a rich source of many essential minerals. So eating shrimp is a healthy choice for sure! But do you know how to eat shrimp? If not, do not worry. Learn to enjoy the delicate taste of shrimp 

How to Eat Shrimp

Step 1: Boil the shrimp first. If you boil the shrimp, leave the shell on during the boiling process to seal in the shrimp’s flavor.

Step 2: Next, turn the shrimp on its back and pull the shell apart. As the shell of the shrimp is very thin and will come off easily. Try to keep the tail in tact, as it will serve as a decorative handle.

Step 3: Neatly arrange the shrimp on your serving plate as you peel each shrimp.

Step 6: Cut your lemons into wedges and lightly splash the shrimp with lemon juice. You may place additional lemon wedges around the platter. These serve both as a decoration and as a source of extra lemon juice for those who like more.

Step 5: At the center of the platter place a bowl of cocktail sauce.

Some people like to place cocktail sauce in a champagne glass. So what you can do is  hang 5-6 shrimp over the edge of the glass so that each person has their own shrimp cocktail rather than serving on a platter.
