There are two kinds of boiled eggs – hard boiled and half-boiledBoiled Eggs:
Boiled eggs are the best way of eating eggs. There are two kinds of boiled eggs – the hard boiled eggs and the half-boiled eggs. Hard boiled eggs are boiled in plain water for about 15-20 minutes, till the yolk hardens. Half boiled eggs, on the other hand, are boiled for about 10 minutes and then taken out. For these, the yolk should be semi-boiled. Once the boiled eggs are ready, split them to two halves, sprinkle some pepper and salt and enjoy.

Fried Eggs:
The best part of eating fried eggs is that it does not really need much oil. Fried eggs can also be made in two different ways. The first is rather a short-cut process, where you just whisk the egg in a bowl, add some salt to it and pour it on the fry pan to fry lightly.
The second process is a little elaborate one, but adds more taste to your eggs. This way of making eggs is commonly known as omelets. To make an omelet, chop some onions, tomatoes and green chillies and put them in a bowl. Now, add an egg to it and sprinkle some salt. Whisk well and fry. Serve with pepper on top.

Poached eggs are also known as “sunny sides up”Poached Eggs:
Poached eggs, also termed as “sunny sides up”, is another healthy way of eating eggs. Poached eggs are made by cracking the egg into a small bowl and then gently sliding it in a pan of boiling water. It is then cooked till the egg-whites solidify. However, the egg yolk should remain soft.

Baked Eggs:

Baked eggs are quite common is European countries and is quite simple to make as well. To make this, take an oven proof pan and grease it with some butter. Now, break the eggs in it, sprinkle some salt and pepper and add a little bit of milk or cream. Bake for 12 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve hot. Baked eggs, also referred to as shirred eggs, are a simple, healthy and hearty breakfast option.

Scrambled Eggs:
Scrambled eggs are made from beaten eggs which are put into a hot greased pan and then whisked or scrambled vigorously. You can eat scrambled eggs as a dish in itself, or you can use them in fried rice, noodles or even as a sandwich filling.
