Semolina Dumplings

Ingredients
  Semolina 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lard 2 Ounce
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg 1
Directions

Mix egg well with lard, add semolina, salt it and form dumplings from the batter with a spoon and cook them in hot soup.
