These lovely fish dumplings can be prepared with any white fish. Seasoned and combined with eggs, and breadcrumbs, the fish dumplings are flavored with a hint of lemon and parsley. Used in soups or even fish stews or vegetable stews, these dumplings pack a lot of flavor in each bite!
3⁄4 Pound, cooked (Cod, Haddock, Etc.)
3 , finely chopped
3 Tablespoon (Packaged)
Put fish through meat grinder (fine blade), or spin in food processor.
Season with salt and pepper.
Blend in butter and egg.
Add parsley, lemon juice, and bread crumbs.
Mix well; set aside.
