Ingredients
  Liver 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1⁄2
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Bread slices 2
  Egg 1
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Meat broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by washing the liver
MAKING
2.In a food chopper, force through the liver along with the onion
3.Now add parsley, salt, and parsley
4.Crumble bread into mixture and add unbeaten egg and flour
5.Beat until thoroughly mixed
6.Drop by teaspoons into boiling broth, cover and cook for 25 minutes
SERVING
7.Serve in a soup
