|Potatoes||6 Medium, peeled cooked and mashed|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Pillsbury)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
In saucepan, bring water and 1 teaspoon salt to boil.
In bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix until fluffy.
Roll into 1 inch balls; drop into gently boiling water.
Cock 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain; serve warm.
