Ingredients
  Water 1 Quart
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 6 Medium, peeled cooked and mashed
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Pillsbury)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In saucepan, bring water and 1 teaspoon salt to boil.
In bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix until fluffy.
Roll into 1 inch balls; drop into gently boiling water.
Cock 5 to 7 minutes.
Drain; serve warm.
