|Chopped pecans||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
Pour peaches into blazer pan of chafing dish or heavy fry pan on table top butane unit over direct high flame.
Cover; heat fruit steaming hot.
Combine biscuit mix, 1/4 cup sugar, pecans, milk, and butter or margarine; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Drop heaping tea-spoonfuls of dough onto hot fruit.
Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over dumplings.
Cover; steam until dumplings are cooked and fluffy, 10 to 15 minutes.
