|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add parsley; cut in lard until mixture has fine, even crumbs.
Combine egg and milk; add to dry ingredients, stirring only until flour disappears.
