|Blueberries||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), 625 ml|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), 80 ml|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs), 250 ml|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon, 15 ml|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs), 250 ml|
|Sugar||2 Tablespoon, 30 ml|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon, 10 ml|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon, 1 ml|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, 15 ml|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), 125 ml|
Place in a 4-cup (1 L) microwave-safe bowl the blueberries, sugar, salt, water and lemon juice.
Microwave 4 minutes at HIGH.
Sift together in a bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in the butter with a knife.
Add the milk, all at once.
Stir only until flour is dampened.
Microwave the blueberry sauce 3 minutes at HIGH.
Drop batter in the hot blueberries from a tablespoon (15 mL).
You should have 6 to 7 dumplings.
Cover and microwave 6 minutes at HIGH.
Serve as is or with cream or ice cream
