Blueberry Dumplings

Ingredients
  Blueberries 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), 625 ml
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), 80 ml
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs), 250 ml
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon, 15 ml
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs), 250 ml
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon, 30 ml
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon, 10 ml
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon, 1 ml
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, 15 ml
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), 125 ml
Directions

Place in a 4-cup (1 L) microwave-safe bowl the blueberries, sugar, salt, water and lemon juice.
Microwave 4 minutes at HIGH.
Stir well.
Sift together in a bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in the butter with a knife.
Add the milk, all at once.
Stir only until flour is dampened.
Microwave the blueberry sauce 3 minutes at HIGH.
Drop batter in the hot blueberries from a tablespoon (15 mL).
You should have 6 to 7 dumplings.
Cover and microwave 6 minutes at HIGH.
Serve as is or with cream or ice cream
