1.In a bowl, crack the egg and whisk it until its mixed well.
2.Pre-heat oven at 180C.
3.In a separate bowl, put plain flour and coat all chicken pieces in the flour.
4.Dip the flour coated chicken in the egg and then coat them with bread crumbs placed in the other bowl.
5.Place the chicken nuggets on a baking sheet and pop it in the oven for 20 mins.
6.The nuggets are ready when the crust is golden crispy, serve them with a sauce of your choice.
