Cream Of Wheat Dumplings
|Egg||1 , separated|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, softened|
|Cream wheat||3 Teaspoon|
|Minced chicken livers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parsley sprigs||2 , chopped|
Combine egg yolk, butter, cream of wheat and flour; mix well.
Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
Add egg white; fold in remaining ingredients.
Roll out; cut into small strips.
Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
May be dropped into hot broth, soup or stew.
Sim- mer, covered, for 10 minutes.
