Ingredients
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Boned chicken breasts 2 Pound
Directions

1. Combine peanut butter, onions, parsley, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, coriander in blender container; blend on low speed until smooth.
2. Remove skin from chicken; cut chicken into fifty-six 1-inch cubes; allowing a 1-inch space from skewer handle, thread 7 chicken cubes on each skewer; attach skewer guards; brush chicken with peanut sauce; refrigerate 30 minutes.
3. Insert skewers into Kabob-lt base; place glass cover over food; kabob 18-20 minutes or until done.Makes 56
