Blueberry Dumplings

Blueberry Dumplings…yes, that's true. Yummy dumplings in a blueberry sauce, served hot …you cannot ask for more. Every bite is a heavenly feeling. Enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Blueberries 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (plus 2 tablespoon)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together the blueberries, 1/3 cup sugar, dash of salt and 1 cup water
2) Bring the mixture to a boiling point and then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes
3) Add in the lemon juice
4) In a bowl, sift together the flour, salt, sugar and then cut the butter into it
5) Using the hands, mix till it resembles a coarse mixture
6) Add the milk and bring together the flour to be dampened
7) Drop tablespoons of the mixture into the blueberry sauce
8) Cover the pan with a lid and the simmer for 10 minutes

SERVING
9) Serve with cream
