Rolled Dumplings

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
Add shortening.
Blend and add milk.
Roll and cut into strips.
Steam in chicken broth for 15 to 30 minutes without uncovering.
Serves 3 or 4.
