Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 4
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green onion tops 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift dry ingredients.
Beat egg yolks with milk; add to dry ingredients together with the parsley and onion tops.
Mix lightly until blended.
