Golden Chicken Nuggets
|Whole chicken breasts||3 , skinned, boned|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon (Hot)|
1) Cut the chicken into pieces measuring 1- x 1 ½ inches. Set pieces aside.
2) Combine together flour, salt, sesame seeds, egg and water and mix well.
3) Dip the chicken pieces into the batter and fry in hot oil, of about 375 degrees temperature, till pieces are golden browned.
4) Drain chicken pieces on paper towels.
5) Serve hot.
