|Packaged biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix biscuit mix and salt.
Combine egg and milk, add to dry ingredients all at once, and stir lightly and quickly with a fork to form a soft dough.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on top of just boiling stew or soup.
Simmer, uncovered, over low heat 10 minutes, then cover and simmer 10 minutes longer.
