|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1.In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
2.In separate bowl, mix milk with beaten egg and combine it with flour mixture.
3.Make the mixture stiff and consistent, add milk if needed.
4.Take the stews and fill them with mixture keeping some room for expansion free.
5.Put the lid on and leave them for steaming for 6-8 minutes.
6.Serve with chopped parsley.
