Golden Chicken Nuggets
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Ready to serve chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange marmalade||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Whole boneless chicken breasts||36 Ounce (3 Pieces, 12 Ounce Each)|
In 1-quart casserole, combine butter and onion.
Microwave at High for 2 to 3 minutes, or until onion is tender.
Stir in flour, curry powder, parsley, salt, paprika and pepper.
Blend in broth.
Microwave at High for 3 to 5 minutes, or until mixture thickens and bubbles, stirring twice.
Stir in marmalade until melted.
Stir in mushrooms.
Place chicken in 2-quart casserole.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High for 7 to 9 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring twice.
Stir mushroom sauce into chicken.
Microwave, uncovered, at High for 2 to 3 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
