Chicken and Wheat Dumplings
|Buttermilk baking mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Stewed chicken||1 Can (10 oz) (frozen, defrosted)|
Blend baking mix, flour and milk.
Microwave stewed chicken at High 5 minutes.
Drop dumplings by heaping tablespoons onto hot broth.
Microwave at High 3 minutes.
Microwave at High 5 to 8 minutes, or until dumplings are set and broth is thickened, gently turning dumplings over and rearranging once.
