Ingredients
For 4
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Fat 30 Gram
  Refined flour 55 Gram
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Rub in fat.
3. Add cold water and prepare a light dough.
4. Divide into walnut size portions and form into balls.
5. Cook in boiling water or stock for 25 minutes.
