|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seed||2 Teaspoon|

|Boneless skinless chicken breast halves||1 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces|
|Skim milk/Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Nonstick spray coating||1|
|Taco sauce/Salsa / dijon style mustard||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
In a medium mixing bowl stir together cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, sesame seed, and ground ginger.
Dip chicken pieces into skim milk or water.
Coat with crumb mixture.
Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick coating.
Place chicken pieces in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake in a 450° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or till no longer pink.
Serve with taco sauce, salsa, or mustard.
