Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
  Cornflake crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seed 2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  Skim milk/Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nonstick spray coating 1
  Taco sauce/Salsa / dijon style mustard 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In a medium mixing bowl stir together cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, sesame seed, and ground ginger.
Dip chicken pieces into skim milk or water.
Coat with crumb mixture.
Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick coating.
Place chicken pieces in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake in a 450° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or till no longer pink.
Serve with taco sauce, salsa, or mustard.
