|Whole chicken breasts||2 Small|
|Cornflake crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Skin and bone chicken; cut into 1-inch chunks.
Combine corn flake crumbs, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken into butter; roll in crumb mixture.
Arrange chicken in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
