Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
Add milk and beat well until dough is smooth.
Drop on top of simmering stew.
