Tasty Dumplings

Ingredients
  Beef broth/Chicken broth 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (canned or made from bouillon cubes)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (sifted)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Pour broth into a 3-quart glass casserole. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Heat in microwave oven to boiling (about 5 minutes at HIGH).
2. Meanwhile, sift flour, baking powder and salt together into a bowl. Combine milk and oil; add to dry ingredients and stir with a fork just until moistened.
3. Drop dumpling mixture by tablespoonfuls onto boiling broth. Cook covered in microwave oven 5 1/2 minutes at HIGH.
4. Allow to stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
