2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (canned or made from bouillon cubes)
All purpose flour
2 Cup (32 tbs)
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
1. Pour broth into a 3-quart glass casserole. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Heat in microwave oven to boiling (about 5 minutes at HIGH).
2. Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix and milk in a bowl; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
3. Drop dumpling mixture by tablespoonfuls onto boiling broth. Cook covered in microwave oven 6 minutes at HIGH.
4. Allow to stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
