Dumpling Steak

Ingredients
  Chopped beef steak 2 Pound
  Onions 3 Large, chopped fine
  Tomatoes 5 , skinned and chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato quarters 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Onion rings 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Mix the meat with the onions and tomatoes.
Add the salt, pepper, and paprika.
Form the ground beef into a large round dumpling and set it in a well-greased casserole.
Dot the top of the dumpling with specks of butter.
Bake it at 400°F for 1 hour.
Decorate the finished dumpling with tomato quarters, parsley, and onion rings.
