Potato Dumplings

Ingredients
  Potatoes 5 Medium, cooked and mashed
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Semolina 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Whole wheat flour 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chicken stock cube 1
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, combine potatoes, nutmeg, semolina, whole-wheat flour, and eggs.
2 Lightly dust your hands with flour.
3 Make mixture into balls.
4 In a pan, boil water with stock cube and drop in the dumplings.
5 Simmer for 10 minutes.
6 Carefully remove using a slotted spoon.

SERVING
7 Serve at once.
