|Parsley flakes||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Stock||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), boiling|
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and parsley flakes.
Blend milk, eggs and oil and mix with dry ingredients just until moistened.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls into boiling stock.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Microwave (high), covered, 7-10 minutes rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Rest 5 minutes.
