Chicken N Dumplings
|Flour tortillas||20 Ounce (2 Large Packages)|
In 8 quart sauce pot, boil fryers with plenty of water (about 3/4 full of water) and pepper and salt.
Take out chicken and debone.
Bring broth to a boil with bell pepper.
Cut tortillas in eighths and drop into boiling broth a few at a time.
Do not stir! Continue adding tortillas until all are in- there.
Reduce heat to simmer.
Add chicken, cook 10 minutes and turn off.
Let sit for 10 minutes and serve.
