|Hard cooked eggs||6|
|Unbleached flour||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or As Needed)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder/Freshly grated nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Mash together cooked yolks and flour and mix in raw eggs and seasonings, adding more flour to make a workable dough.
Form into small balls and drop into gently boiling salted water.
Cook 5 minutes or until balls rise to surface.
