Egg Dumplings

  Hard cooked eggs 6
  Unbleached flour 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or As Needed)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Curry powder/Freshly grated nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon

Mash together cooked yolks and flour and mix in raw eggs and seasonings, adding more flour to make a workable dough.
Form into small balls and drop into gently boiling salted water.
Cook 5 minutes or until balls rise to surface.
