|Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves||8|
|Vegetable oil/Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients.
Pound chicken to 1/2-in.thickness and cut into 1-1/2-in.pieces.
Place chicken pieces, a few at a time, into bag and shake to coat.
Heat oil in a skillet; cook chicken, turning frequently, until browned and juices run clear, about 6-8 minutes.
