Potato Dumplings

Ingredients
  Hot water/Broth 2 Quart
  Hot mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

In 3-quart casserole, heat water, covered with lid, at HIGH 10 minutes, or until water is boiling.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; drop by heaping tablespoons into water.
Cook at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until dumplings float; drain.
