|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk/Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Cut fat into the sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Add milk slowly and mix.
3. Drop from a tablespoon on top of the stew.
4. Cover closely, and cook for 10 min., without lifting the cover.
5. Arrange around the meat on the platter and serve at once.
