Liver Dumplings

Ingredients
  Liver 1 Pound
  Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Stock/Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Onion 1 , finely minced
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Chop liver very fine and add onion, parsley and bread crumbs.
Add milk or stock, egg, flour and baking powder which have been sifted together.
Season to taste.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling water or stock; cook 10 minutes.
