Spareribs And Sauerkraut With Dumplings
|Sauerkraut||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut spareribs into serving portions and place in bottom of a roasting pan.
Add sauerkraut and two tablespoons of water and bake in a covered pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Make dumplings by combining flour, baking powder, milk and eggs.
Drop by spoonfuls on sauerkraut, cover tightly and bake for thirty minutes.
