|Ground beefsteak||2 Pound|
|Onions||3 Large, chopped fine|
|Tomatoes||5 , skinned, seeded, and chopped|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tomato quarters||6 (For Garnish)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
|Onion rings||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish)|
Mix meat with onions and tomatoes.
Add salt, pepper, and paprika.
Form into large, round dumpling; set in well-greased casserole.
Dot top with specks of butter.
Bake it at 400Â°F 1 hour.
Decorate finished dumpling with tomato, parsley, and onion.
