Potato Dumplings

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Flour 4 1⁄2 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Streaky bacon 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Onions 1 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Ground black pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Boil potatoes in their jackets, peel and when cold put through mincer.
Dice and fry bacon, drain off fat and add fried bacon to potatoes.
Fry the finely chopped onions in the fat drained off the bacon.
Add two whole eggs, salt, ground pepper' and flour and mix well.
Shape small balls of the dough, drop them into boiling salted water.
When dumplings rise to top of water.
